Product information
Carbide bars are mainly made of WC tungsten carbide and Co cobalt powder mixed by metallurgical methods through powder milling, ball milling, pressing and pressure sintering. The main alloy components are WC and Co.
Carbide bars have the characteristics of high red hardness, good weldability, high hardness and high wear resistance. They are mainly used in the production and processing of solid wood, MDF, gray cast iron, non-ferrous metal materials, chilled cast iron, hardened steel, PCB, brake material. When using, the cemented carbide strip of suitable material should be selected according to the application.
