Product Introduction
Carbide 6 hole bushes is a customized products. In the beginning we sintered the bushes without holes and then machine out the holes. We found it is not a cost-effective way to produce this product. After engineers discussion, we adopt the semi-machining. We press the bushes and semi-machining out the 6 holes, then sinter out the goods directly. Using the CNC machining center, controlling the sizes exactly, no crack, no deform.

2. Carbide grade is chosen according to customer detailed requirement on the hardness and bending strength.
3. Using UG to calculate the pressing size and weight, control the size exactly, no need more grinding cost
