We are professional on big diameter dies and bushes. Most the OD we are producing are from φ90mm to φ180mm, the hole size from φ2mm to φ90mm.
We only have several set of molds for them, most them are semi-machining by CNC machining centers. Our Engineer has worked in this field for more than 30 years, having rich experiences and skills.
For the drawing dies, we also have lots of grades:
The most grades we are producing for big diameters are YG11, YG11C and YG15.
We also have lots of other carbide dies on production, which need grinding or polishing. These are our company strong point.
