Tungsten carbide eyelets
Tungsten carbide eyelets supply a long lasting, wear-resistant alternative and are two to three times inflexible than steel. The carbide material is best for ferrous wire production and has a very excessive resistance to deformation and deflection and its influence resistance is as suitable as that of some hardened tool steels. Grain size is 1.2µ and usual combination is 6% cobalt. Alternate combinations are provided upon detailed request.

Guides and rings are polished to a mirror finished condition in the contact areas to decrease friction and we can produce any sizes you require.
