While we use wire dies, we need to pay attention to: equipment selection, wire material pretreatment, selection of suitable lubricants, abnormal handling, and timely replacement of aging;
1. Equipment selection: according to the material you want to draw and wire drawing Equipment, reasonable ratio of the compression rate of each drawing die, so as to determine the angle of the working area of each drawing die (that is, what type of drawing die to choose)
2. Pretreatment of wire drawing materials: such as cleaning, derusting, annealing, phosphating, etc., to ensure the cleanliness of the materials.
3. Selection of drawing powder and oil: Use high-quality and applicable drawing powder (lubricant, oil) to cool the drawing die.
4. Deal with abnormal moulds in time: if there are mould cracks, mould explosions, mould sticking, wire drawing, diameter reduction, wire breakage, high temperature, mould blackening, non-wear resistance and other usage problems during wire drawing, please contact professional and technical personnel in time .
5. Timely replacement of the aging wire drawing die: When the wire drawing die reaches the end of its service life, please change the wire drawing die in time to repair the mold, so as to avoid excessive use of wire drawing
