Tungsten Carbide Plate
1. The special tungsten carbide grade for the carbide chute liner has the characteristics of high hardness, high strength and high wear resistance. Its service life is much higher than the tranditional wear-resistant plate.
2. The special vacuum welding process is used to combine the tungsten carbide with the steel perfectly. It can be applied to carious harsh environment, such as high temperature, low cold and high impact
Also we can provide different thickness according to your requirement. Until now, the thickness we produce are 8mm carbide+20mm steel, 15mm carbide+10mm steel, 16mm carbide+6mm steel and so on. Just inform us your requirement, we will help you to find the best and cost-effective solution.
