Anti-Corrosion Cemented Carbide
Cemented carbide has accumulated an important position in tool materials due to its high hardness and high wear resistance. With the development of modern cemented carbides, people have put forward higher requirements for the resistance of cemented carbides, requiring them to be based on refractory metal compounds in the corrosive medium of high-quality alloy metals, and use metals of different groups (Co, Fe and Ni) It is a composite material prepared by the bonding phase. Mainly determined by the composition and content of the adhesive phase.
The types of corrosion-resistant cemented carbide can be divided into three categories: WC-based corrosion-resistant cemented carbide, Cr3C2-based corrosion-resistant alloy, and Ti-based corrosion-resistant alloy.
WC-based alloy resistant alloys mainly improve the endurance of the alloy through the endurance of the mechanical-based bonding phase, and are composed of WC-Ni-Cr alloy, WC-Ni-Cr alloy, WC-Co-Cr alloy, and WC-ceramic. The corrosion-resistant alloy is composed of chromium carbide containing nickel-chromium alloy. The chromium carbide/nickel-chromium alloy has particularly high corrosion resistance to acids, alkalis and salts. Titanium-based corrosion-resistant alloy is made of TiCTi(CN) as the matrix, with Co alloy, Ni alloy-Co alloy as the bonding phase, and the addition of Cr3C2 and other phases can improve its corrosion resistance.
