The basic purpose of die forming is to compact the loose powder body and make it a semi-finished pressed blank with certain size, shape, density and strength, which lays a foundation for the next step of sintering. Generally speaking, it is relatively easy to achieve a certain size, shape, and average density during the pressing process, but it is more difficult to get an even distribution of the compact density. The more complex the shape, the more difficult it is to make the compact density distribution uniform. The uneven distribution of compact density not only affects the mechanical properties of the final product, but also causes the cracking, delamination, flanging, uneven sintering shrinkage, deformation of the product, the precision is too poor and other important reasons for the pressed waste products
