Transport
Today, we receive an email from our long-term cooperation customer. Because of the transport problem, he is very anxiety.
But have no chance to solve this transport problem, so I replied the mail to him as below:
Because of the transport problems, I have suggested some customers change the transport from express to air and sea, but some customers still insist on express transport, because they hdon't like to drive far to pick up the goods and do complicated process of custom clearance.
So we have line in queue of the goods to send out. Below is another mail I sent out today to another customer, need to wait to transport his goods :(
What a helpless thing. But we are finding solutions actively, trying to satisfy every customer. Fighting!!!
