Today, I was asked by a customer how to clean the carbide products after machining. We all know there are many stains and grinding fluid left on the carbide precision product after machining, which are not any easy thing to clean them if only washed by water.

I wrote the instruction as below to him, I think it is always useful to many others. So I would like to share it.
1. Put about 20g tartaric acid into 2-3L water( No strict rate)
2. Put precision machining carbide goods into the water, and soak about 3-5 mins (If still dirty, brush them)
3. Take precision machining carbide goods out and put them into the clean water again immediately
4. Churn precision machining carbide goods
5. Get carbide goods out onto dishcloth and dry them immediately( can use hair dryer)
